Product Safety and Warranty Period for Office Furniture

Our company provides safe products in accordance with the “Guidelines for Product Safety Standards of Office Furniture” established by the Japan Office Institutional Furniture Association (JOIFA). Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period for this product, when used under normal conditions, is set at one year, two years, or three years, depending on the product category, from the date of purchase by the customer.

Discoloration or fading of coatings and resin parts, wear of leather or fabric

Mechanical / Moving Parts

Failure of drawers, sliding mechanisms, doors, locks, lift mechanisms, etc.

Structural Frame

Damage related to strength or structure

3 years

The above warranty periods are based on standard office use (approximately 8 hours per day). They do not apply to environments involving continuous operation (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) or other similar heavy-duty usage conditions.
